I think you people need to understand that everyone is working now a days and so can’t be available at their address the whole time. I do receive messages about the person would be coming to pickup the products for jabong. The problem is that person is not contacting me if he is not able to find me at the location and the worst part is we are not given that delivery boy’s contact so that we can communicate of whether I will be available to give the products when he comes to my location. This has been happening from last week and I have been sending mails to your support team but still no action. Can you please sort this out and get the communication sorted?
