Order ID 171014418299399 orderd on 13th October from Jabong.com which they are claiming as delivered on 17th October but they did not deliver it to the address given. And now when complained the company is saying they delivered it and cannot do the refund request. Company is cheating customers and not providing any resolution to the customers. I want to complain against the same as i have lost the cash of Rs. 1650 which the company is not ready to give and they are just fooling the customers.
Requesting for an action against this. As being customers we are being cheated by such online shopping sites.
