I ordered one mast and harbour jeans from jabong app on 11th April 2017. It was to be delivered by 17th April but it is not delivered yet today, 3rd May 2017. I called customer care several times and every time executives told me that it would be delivered as soon as possible. After that there is no update from them. I am calling again and again but no action has been taken. Instead resolving they are asking me to cancel order but after taking so much wait and pain why should I cancel the order.
