jabong – Quality issue(colour faded out on first wash)/bad service/blaming of customer

i purchased a blue shirt from jabong through my iphone mobile app. on the first wash colour faded out. i raised complaint against the product. They replied that they can’t take the quality issue of a branded product. it’s because of mishandling.
I have not seen such disgusting responses from jabong customer service center. Very poor quality of service. Making fool to customers. And all their responses are totally irrelevant like
1. Product can’t be returned after washing. I should have checked colour defect before washing. – How should I know colour quality with out washing???
2. Colour fade is because of mishandling. – what about other 11 shirts washed with the shirt? Colour faded out on the first wash. I’m using shirts of less cost also. Why not to them?? (cost of shirt-1295) It’s as simple that product has a quality issue.
3. Returning is not possible from our end after use.We have policy of non returning after use and wash even though the tag is removed.- They have a single response. that means they can send bad quality products. Policies are made for the welfare of majors. Not in an autocratic way for self benefits.

Please take action against these sites which is making fool to their customer. i had not purchased for one day use.
i asked that what will i do to this product. it can’t be used for second time- their reply is it’s your concern. you through it out or do anything to this.
i feel like, i have been cheated and can’t do anything to them.
