I need your help in the following case as I have not got any solution to my complaint with Request ID: 14946954 against Jabong.com.

Case-
I have purchased slim fit chinos order no. 141231732205217 on Jabong.com. But due to size problem I have returned it ,but till date no refund has been made for this. Jabong company told me that they have not received it. I have also lodged complaint against IndiaPost the courier company through which I have sent the parcel and they had completed their investigation stating that the item has been delivered to Jabong centre by them. Letter attached.
No solution has been yet provided by Jabong company till now.Now the situation is that I have lost my money also not got the right product also.
Kindly help me to resolve this case and refund of money.
