I ordered one monte carlo jacket on 9th of JANUARY, but it was size issue. So I raised return request , firstly they told me they can’t arrange pick up point sooo change adress, or i hav to courier them . Finally I courier them but they are still giving excuses….. courier company confered it reached but costumber care says cant access ur courier detail…… sir today it’s 12th of FEBRUARY but still there is no account of my money nd neither my product. I fed up by calling them 100’s of time. PLZZZZZ help me to get my refund.
