I have purchased 3 products from Jobong of Rs. 1970.20, out of that 2 products are not as per my expectation. I have raise complaint for refund for 2 products. At the time of returning the product to delivery boy, I have given a wrong product of Rs.1198.00 instead of that 2 products. Company also not verified the product correctly and refunded the amount of that 2 products.i.e. Rs.773.00. I have requested the co. to solve my case asap. Company’s executive has not taken my complaint correctly and registered only half complaint. This whole process has take more then one month and also the tone of Chief-manger on telephonic discussion was inappropriate and rude.
