I saw the ad.After viewing the advertisement on T V about Sweat Slim belts I ordered the same on sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 18/06/2017 through cash memo rs.1590/- + 200 Delivery charge. of date. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.9029000011, no. 9029000044

i am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 7 days i again called them, but they didn’t pick my call I tried so many times call them but call disconnected after three four seconds I called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 3 – 4 days days by 22 June 2017 but I didn’t get any resolution till 22 November after that I called them on 24 & 25 june and again they are not picking my calls after making 5, 6 attempts they picked my call.

They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when I ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date I didn’t get any call from Sweat Slim Belt.
I would also request TV channels please do not promote such kind of companies on TV.

It’s totally fake now i will take Action this company against Going Consumer Court With Proof and i show you your status Cannot Damnit.. They are Think we are Stupid & fool but they not now what we are….

( Note: Don’t buy from this company totally fake and west your time & money )
