I subscribed this website for matrimony for my in law in i paid 11, 000 rs as a fees online to your account. Before this payment was done, i was getting calls from them like 4-6 times a day. Name was shruti – 8982083357.

They promised to give full service or else refund.

But nothing happened, received some profiles which was of no use and for few when i asked contact numbers it was told, they are wrong or so.

I stopped following up as i wanted to get refund after 6 months.

And after 6 months, i am following up but no body is bothered to reply.

Shruti will never take call, but if i call from other numbers as a new client she takes calls and try to put the same cage.

All details are attached. Kindly help me to get my refund.
