I am resident of km02, 1604 jaypee kosmos sec134 noida. I have tendered a requisition application to jaypee group for the reduction of sanctioned load of electricity from 7kw to 4kw, but they turned a deaf ear to my request. Km02 is a tower of 17 storeys and i am staying at 16th storey. Sir, i have condirmed from other flatmates and their load is 4kw so why only mine is 7kw. I hv complained to general manager but he also didnot give me proper response. Earlier, they were charing at the rate of 60rs but now at 100rs which will go on increasing further.

Please assist me to get the load reduced from 7kw to 4kw.
