I had applied for Fixed Deposit( non-cumulative for 36 months duration) for Rs 20.00 lakh ( vide Folio no. 00363558 dt. 10.10.2012 of JP Associates for Rs 20 lakhs for 36 months duration ) which got matured on 10.10.2015.

Quarterly Interest amount was Rs 56, 838/- which used to be paid regularly through online credit. There has been no single occasion when interest amount not deposited in time during last 36 months.

However, on maturity, when certificate was surrendered on 19-10-2015 to JP Associates office at Sec-128, Noida personally, they had said the amount would be credited at year end instead of immediate payment due to fund problem.

Now that more than 1-year is elapsed, JP Associates neither paid interest for the last 1- year nor making payment of principal amount.

Help needed to get the payment due with interest from the company.
