Hi,

I got the SoA (statement of account) yesterday and asking me last demand and interest on top while, jaypee in inslovent position and still asking money and showing the interest. they are shameless.

I have no clue what to do. They are not replying any answer on when I will get the possession and when the flat will be delivered. Now at this stage when company at insolvent stage and people as filling the form B to claim as operational creditor, they are still asking money and interest.

My flat is in KRH-02. No idea what to do and how to get on with it. please suggest the next step.

As per allotment if the delay happened they need to provide the delay charges to customers, while they are asking money as interest, what to do at this point
