I booked a flat in kosmos project in 2011 and after 5 years I don’t have the flat ready neither the builder is returning my money. I have asked the builder to cancel my unit and return my money with interest but no reply from them. I have been cheated please help. My tower no 68 is not ready yet and no work is going on that tower since last 1 year. My unit is 1280 sq feet
