I have booked a flat in 2014 August with Jaypee Prakash Associates in the JP Greens Sports City, Boulevard Court Apartments. The flat was not delivered as promised. They have promised to deliver within 3 years time. Construction has not been started yet. It’s more than 4 years now. I don’t want this flat anymore. I am not interested in any flat in this area or with JP. I want my full money back with interest and compensation. I have been told that I will get a return of three times the fixed deposit will give me. My opportunity cost of getting the return is no where now. I have taken a loan from bank and I am paying interest on it. I have to pay the money to the bank as well and that with the interest and thats very high. I am searching options how to go about getting my refund with interest and compensation.
I want the refund as soon as possible.
