I booked a bus in Jakhar Travels from Kota to Jaipur for 19th November, 2017 at 11:30 PM which was supposed to reach Jaipur at 4:30 AM. The number of the bus is RJ19PB0252. The bus already came late i.e around 11:50 PM, then I asked the driver about the time of arrival in Jaipur, he said it would be 5:30 AM and I had a flight from Jaipur to Hyderabad to catch at 6:00 AM for which I have to reach airport till 5:15 AM. Then he told me that it is his day-to day work and I should not worry and he will drop me in Sanganer bus stop near to the airport at 5:00 AM. But this driver did not start the bus till 12:40 PM and during this time he was eating ice-cream and having fun with his friends in place of driving the bus. He dropped me at Sanganer bus stop at 5:39 AM. Then I took an auto to airport which reached at 5:45 AM and due to this I missed my flight and I had to book another Flight from Jaipur to Hyderabad in Air Asia which cost me Rs. 7128. I want the compensation as I would have not missed the flight if the bus driver had started the bus without making any further delay as it was already delayed by 20 minutes.
