I have ordered some items in the Jannat villa Shopify website (recommended in youtube ads) on 1st of October 2021. For that I have paid Rs.1340 including delivery charges of Rs.49 for 2-3 days delivery. While placing the order, they have given the order number and a confirmation message I have received to my mobile number. But still not I have not got any tracking ID and again I have tried to open that website through my mobile , but it shows this page is not available error message.
