I saw an ad on Facebook regarding jackets that are in the sale, liked one, and placed one order of Rs 549. The amount got deducted and the transaction id is e09a6ec14fbcbc069547 with the merchant name: JAYANTIBHAI NARANBHAI NAKUM Order Dated: 09/01/2022 at 17:08. It’s now been a week and I haven’t received any information regarding the product nor any mail regarding the dispatch of the product. I tried opening their website and it was not available. I request a refund to my account positively or the jacket I chose as soon as possible.
