Two Flats of 1 BHK each along with Parking in Jaycee Homes venture names Bhagtani Riyo Phase 2 at Mira Road were booked. At the hour of booking I paid an amount of Rs. 21 lakhs + Cost of Registration and was given a allotment letter for the equivalent.
From that point I have been following up yet without much of any result. The Builder isn’t discernible and there is no such progressing venture now. I have given my subtleties including the subtleties of my booking at the Mumbai Commissioners office where the subtleties are being gathered by the Police for a few such exchanges relating to Bhagtani Riyo Phase 2.
Is there any whatsapp gathering of purchasers like me who have paid a advance to the Developer.
