I had invested two fixed deposits with jp infratech, it has been over 3 years and i still have not been repaid my principal. I filed a case through nclt allahabad but they have not done anything. I have written emails to anuj jain who appointed to handle the insolvency case but he has not responded. I need to understand what is the current status of so many fd holders?
