I had deposited Rs 5000.00 on 24.03.24 through phonepe upi (utr 408401405226) for adding balance to my jeetwin account user- swadesh58. Transaction was successful and immediately i informed their live support and also sent several mails with screenshot of deposit slip and account statement but till date my balance is not updated and they are claiming that funds not received to them. I even asked them to share the bank statement of their account so that the matter was escalated to my bank, but they even not ready to provide the same.
