I have ordered dresses of this app they send me the product it is totally different from the images and it is look like that the product is used before and the used product they are sending so cheap I want my money back from this company and I am not able to return it from the number they have given because that number is not valid the product quality so bad

I have ordered a kurtiset worth rs 800 but i have received all torned and used tops; and the site is also not available ; and phone no on parcel is also invalid. I want my 800 rs back why u are playing with customers ; plz give my money back.
