I ordered a dress material ( new deal of fashionable dresses pack) from jeverbride.com website on 29/12/2021 order no 15284. But they sent used torn dress on 03/01/2022 through Delhivery courier service. I paid cash on delivery ₹799. I want to return the product but Return address not found. Not even contact details/ customer complaint email/ phone number given is fake. care@lady boutique is wrong id. Phone number 8950822570 does not exist. Jeverbride is a fake / fraud website. Such websites should be blocked and legal actions should be taken. I want to return the product and want refund of ₹799.
