I AM MEENU JAIN HAVING JIO POLICY NO 9102919314459749. I HAVE SENT INTIMATION REQUEST TO JIO BY MAIL ON 23.03.2021 AS MY MOTHER HAVE AN EYE OPERATION ON 24.03.2021, BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION AGT INTIMATION BY MAIL , BUT AFTER CALLING TOJIO TEAM, GETTING ANSWER THAT DUE TO LOCKDOWN , WE HAVE SHORTAGE OF STAFF , BUT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INTIMATION REQUEST THEN WE HAVE DISPATCHED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BY COURIER , AFTER GETTING PAPERS BY JIO TEAM , THEY HAVE ISSUED A DISCREPENCY LETTER ON 21.04.21 IN WHICH CLAIM INTIMATION DATE WAS 16.04.2021 & CLAIM RECEIVED DATE WAS 20.04.21. IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, AFTER GETTING MAIL WE HAVE RESUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS ON 04.05.2021 BY COURIER , BUT JIO TEAM HAD REJECTED MY CLAIM . MY QUESTION IS AT THE TIME OF INTIMATION CONFIRMATION JIO TEAM HAD AN EXCUSE THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF DUE TO LOCKDOWN THEN WHY JIO TEAM IS NOT GOING TO LISTEN CUSTOMER PROBLEM AS I ALSO HAVE ATTACHED THE COURIER SLIP ( SPEED POST) , WE ARE SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT ORGANISATION WHO ONLY THINKS ABOUT GETTING THE PREMIUM NOT LISTENING CONSUMER AND REIMBURSE THE CLAIM.
