I MANISH R MEHTA JIO ID 9102819824228281 HAD REGISTERD CLAIM FOR MY FATHER ON 12/04/21 FOR COVID TREATMENT INSURANCE AFTER ADMITTING ON 11/4/21 10.35PM AT STERLING HOSPITAL. i HAD REGISTERD CLAIM INTIMATION THROUGH ONLINE PROTAL ON 12/04/21 & EMAIL AS PER PRTAL ON 12/04/21 5.07PM I.E. WITHIN 24 HOURS INSTAD OF 48 HOURS, MESSAGE FOR REGISTRATION WAS CONFIRMED ON ERICSON PORTAL BUT DID NOR RECEIVE SMS. I CONTACTED ON CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS INFORMED THAT COMPLAIN HAS BEEN REGISTERED BUD DUE TO LOCKDOWN IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR RECEIVING CONFIRMATIONBY SMS /EMAIL.

I RECEIVED E MAIL FOR CONFIRMATION ON 16/4/21 (ERICSON TPA INERNAL PROBLEM). AFTER TREATMENT WAS OVER ON 19/4/21 PAPERS FOR CLAIM WERE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL & PHYSICAL BY COURIER ON 08/5/21 AND CONFIRMATION RECEIVED BY SMS ON 14/05/21 I.E. WITIN 30 DAYS OF DISCHARGE.
EVENTHOUGH CLAIM IS REJECTED STATING THAT INTIMATION & PAPERS SUBMITTED WERE NOT IN TIME.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY COMPLAIN TO JIOJAC TWICE, BUT IT SEEMS THAT ORGANISATION IS ONLY INTERESTED IN COLLECTING INSURANCE PREMIUM AND NOT SOLVING PROBLEM LOOKING INTO MATTER DEEPLY.

I WAS PROUD ON MY COMMUNIGY AND THEIR WORK BUT………………………….
