I have ordered a lehnga from jiya sarees and I have just received the order in which there is a suit which was not ordered by me and I have been trying to connect to customer care however there’s no response and my call is getting disconnected.
And no other numbers are working to connect.I even requested the delivery boy to return my money as I paid through Paytm but this person from Ekart was non supportive and refused to do so.

Worst purchase ever made. They sent a completely different item from the one which I ordered and that too of such a cheap quality that you can get it on roadside in 100 RS. Don’t buy product from this fake site.

Same here …i orderd lehenga from jiya saree but i received wrong product ..eventhought i m trying to contact them but that no. Is unreachable ….it fraud ..and cheating peopls
Today I also cheated, but the bad time of this company has started now god promises.

Same happened with me. I received order which is not same what I order.
I just received my order and it is totally different from the one which I ordered.
I placed an order for a beautiful lehenga but received just a cloth and that too torn.
The worst part is that no one is responding to the call on the no.given here for contacting them

I have order lehnga form jiyasaree. But i have receive not same lehnga which not order by me.. I have been trying to connect to customer care and other number.. But not reponding. I’m really disappoint. I paid money to deliver boy form Ekart was not reponding
