I am from Village – dhok wazirian, Nagrota, Jammu. My cable operator is Mr. Manohar. From the past 10 days cable is not working fine and also most of the times it shows contact cable operator. Whenever we calls him whether it be 9 in the morning or the 9 in the night. He says I”ll come tomorrow. And next day he always comes up with his favorite excuse ‘cable piche se band hai’ i.e. from Bye Pass, Nagrota. Now we are just fed up with him and also with JK Media Pvt Ltd. They just provide us the poor services and also the quality is very poor.
