I have applied for OD last September (03-09-2015), but till now i didn’t receive my OD.

I made a call to JNTUK (08842300903), the response is “you have to come JNTUK campus to know the status/details about your OD application and there is no other way”.

JNTUK has promised to deliver OD to our address but now they are asking me to come to campus for knowing the status.
They are not even in a state to inform about the status of the application.
