Hi Sir / Madam,

I have seen an advertisement on Facebook regarding online purchasing of www.jovialmart.com. I have ordered a pink color shirt through www.jovialmart.com and paid the amount of 299 through online payment mode. Then I have received the payment acknowledge email to my email id and order number in the site itself.

• When I tried to track the order using the order no., it showed someone’s order. Again and again I checked, the same thing only happened. I was surprised.

• Then I tried to contact the Customer care no, but it got switched off.
• Then I wrote an email, but it got bounced back.

Then only I realized that I lost my paid amount of Rs. 299 and www.jovialmart.com is a fraudulent.

As I wanted every online purchaser to be aware of this and stop to loss their money, I am writing this.

Also If possible, could you please block that fraudulent website www.jovialmart.com and take immediate action on them.

Also please stop advertising this on Facebook, so that people won’t be cheated.
