I Ordered for a battery for my mobile phone from jshopping.in. On the website it says “100% Original Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Phone battery For Xiaomi Mi Max 2 MAX2 II BM50 5300mAh”. I received a duplicate battery. When I called customer service to complain about this, some rude guy answered the phone and said that this is a 1st copy. I have asked for a refund 5 days ago and they even sent me an email confirming the refund but the battery has not been picked up from me and now their phone is switched off. My order number is: 115559.
Totally fraud website. I am posting this on all social media platforms and will ensure that others are not being cheated in the same way.

I ordered for a battery of my phone (Panasonic P100) , but received dead battery .then i am compainted replace or refund. then you call back me for ask copmplaint. i defined my problem, then you offered me to solve my complaints(Replace or refund) ,after few days courrier agent come and collect my phone battery ,he told to me, that is company contact to me, but not contact to me yet, what can i do that problem.please send me to a good battery or refund my cash.
