i have thrice purchased from the online site JT store where there was sales on thrice of more than 3500/- i purchased they offered us purchase and free items on first purchases…… as all of my payment was done by online visa debit card payment.

its been 2 months and more for my purchase they are reponse giving any nor i have recieved my parcel nor any informations nor my money refund.

after so many follow uups with them i recieved A EMAIL Stating if we dnt deliver in 15 -20 days we will refund my money purchased amount in 5 times.

after that a email recieved the saying the delivery handed to the delivery agent.

it is a big fraud on this online shopping site.

i want my money 5 times refund or my all my purchases with 7 days…
