I am cheated by this jubli holidays around Rs.60000/- initially they asked me book three packages for Rs.12900/- twice andRs.9966/ once I paid all these amount thro pay u money on 02/08/2017 and 04/08/2017 all these payment made on the request of Vivek of this company and contact no 8377870919 and customer care no +919999174115 after payment made there was no response from about nos.I sent letter to the company address A/178-2,sector120,Noida,Utter pradesh but the letter returned without any receipient at the other end.then one man named Akash Sharma calling from the no.7834987743 saying the company is not able to send the gifts due iincreased GST if I pay Rs.1000/- the escaped GST the company will send the gifts.l send Rs.1000/- also but there was no response.As climax on 06/02/2018 a man from cellno 918882695845 introducing himself as manager of Jubli holidays and company decided to refund the amount the customer as they are unable to conduct tour and not able to give gifts.He asked my atm no and asked not to reveal the pass code.also he said it is enough if I tell the OTP no I receive in my cell phone.The money will be transferred in to my card one by one.I believed him and started telling him theOTP no I received I received message about the transaction in my card Rs.12800/- had been transferred twice .Then I got doubt and did not telll the third OTP no.and contacted my bank and found Rs.25600/- had been debited from my account .Then the bank blocked my card transaction to avoid further lose and I lodged a cyber crime on the same day at 5.00 PM but I could not recover any amount I loss. The cyber crime police said only if the complaint lodged within one hour there is possibility of recovering money otherwise the chance is less.I share this so that nobody should cheated as I am done.
