Jumia L-Mall Rebate – UNETHICAL BEHAVIOURS IN FORM OF SCAM

I write to lodge a complaint and express my grievances against Jumia L-mall Rebate which platform is being used for unethical behaviours.
I came across a facebook advert for Jumia online jobs which got me connected with a person using the Whatsapp contact number +254722586022 who got me registered in the month of May (date not precise). I got connected with a person with Nigerian name called Adeola with a Telegram page with the username @ade35711 who served as my guide from the beginning.
I was given first five tasks tagged VIP3 which each task(paying for merchants goods online by grabbing orders) has a 2%commission and must be completed before withdrawal. Payments were made into given acconts of different names

At the completion, I withdrew an amount of #9000 out of #9900, paid to me from Callsita Ngozi(Bank unidentified).
With this encouragement, I pushed up to VIP 4 which I was told the commission is 30% whereby the orders to be grabbed woukd increase after each task.
At this level, I made the first payment of #55000 into a Palmpay account owned by one Favour Ifeoma Ibeawuchi,on June 1, 2024 at exactly 15:13:58.
On June 2, 2024, another payment of #22300, was made into same Palmpay account at 9:9:20.
On June 8, 2024, I paid another amount of #244000 into same Palmpay account.
On June 10, 2024, another amount of #692700 was paid into a Moniepoint account owned by one Abubakar Abubakar at 14:00:49
To complete an overtime task which popped up from nowhere, I was given another order at which I was told to pay another amount of #698700 which I paid #692790 and #6600 differently on June 11, 2024 at 18:01:14 and 19:00:52 respectively into another Moniepoint account owned by one Sadiya Bako.
After all these huge request to recharge my platform account, I was then asked to pay another #888890 for tax verification on June 11 which I have refused to comply with as I perceived a scam is already going on.
I tried using the customer service on the platform giving me Guest number754 and an emai was sent to me with the following address and IP:

All the money paid into the platform is #1802700 which according to the pqltform, with commission, I have an amount of #3.7million.
I hereby use this medium to challenge Jumia L-mall Rebate to refund my money earnestly as this issue has brought a big setback and damage to my business and personal life devastatedly.
I look forward to a favourable response and prompt actions to my request.
