Just Bake
I placed my order for the cake online, selecting a specific cake option.
I’m now receiving sporadic calls from stores stating they can send any cake that is in stock, and they are rude when I ask them to send the cake of my choice.
You should discontinue your service if it is just forwarding the order to a store.
What a fantastic service and experience you guys are offering. I’m also trying to call customer service, but nobody is answering.
