I am an employee of jw marriott sahar, and my complain is about long hour shift which we use to take it as an responsibility which is more then nine hours shift as a senior employee. today the managers had made it compulsory to work atleast 12 hours. 9hrs of work was what we were told during our interviews. thank you.
