On 15 December 2016 I purchased online a whole world necklace from this site , order number 3792, as a gift for my daughter and paid 20 pounds with my credit card . The site sells blankets and one piece of jewellery , the necklace I ordered . The site says it is free worldwide shipping with 3 to 5 days for europe .The free worldwide shipping should have rang alarm bells but unfortunately I continued with the order as i was paying by credit card and have protection if there is fraud . I have received nothing and the site has several different email addresses , no reply to any of my messages , they have no telephone number or address either where they can be contacted , obviously they do not want to be contacted or reply to messages . . On looking further the site has a very limited number of products too . People should be aware of this , I am contacting my credit card company to arrange a full refund .

Now I cannot even access their website. And I lost 20 GBP.
Such a sham.
Same with me. I lodged a complaint against them, no reply from there too. It’s sad. No body replies on their contact page
I too am unable to track product. Seems we’ve been duped.
