I took a new connection with Kalarani. While making the payment they asked me to pay Rs.2300 for a stove . They also said they had no stock of it and asked me to collect it later. I approached them thrice after that and they said they had no stock. Since i had to travel, i came back in July’ 2016 . I called them in August and they refused to give the stove . Though the receipt that they gave me has a note saying pending.
They female working there is extremely rude. I request you to sort the issue at the earliest.
