I am bringing this to your attention so that you can help in this matter.
Developer Name: Kalpataru Gardens Pvt Ltd.
Project Details: Kalpataru Serenity, Building No. 5C, Iris, Mahadeo nagar, Manjri, Pune – 412307
Flat Booking Date: 01/02/2017
Due date as written on Agreement : 30/09/2018
Complaint: Not giving Possession saying that until now OC is not yet been received.
Inspite of project being registered under RERA, yet the builder is not giving possession.Entire amount as written in Agreement has been given to the builder as all 14 floors of the building is complete.
Kindly help me what has to be done in this regard. Your help will be highly appreciated.
