Hi, this is John Wesley. I have purchased a bike ns200 in the year 2017 and was under loan ICICI for 22 months. Recently I applied for a new RC since I misplaced the original RC. Here came to light, the RTO papers for my bike carry all bajaj finance seals on them however the form 21 says that it is hypothecated with ICICI bank. They told me that it was a showroom mistake so I went to the showroom to get a letter that states that it was their mistake so that I will go to bajaj finance and get NOC. they asked me 1 day time for a simple letter though it’s their mistake however it’s now 4 days and they can not issue a simple letter.
