Hi Sir,
I have registered for EMBA-Information Technology course (2014) online program and have appeared for the two semester exams and have cleared the exams also.Now it is more than 4 years since I have registered for the course.I used to get updates from”[email protected] . Below is the last update that I got from KSOU support team.

There has been a considerable delay in schedule of activities due to regulatory compliance issues with UGC. Since approvals are still pending with U.G.C., We are unable to get the marks sheets and notification on convocation, hence we request you to wait till the issue is resolved.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you in pursuing your courses.

But now the I’m not getting any updates from support team and it seems now the email id is invalid

I have telephoned the ksou authorities multiple times in the phone numbers provided which is available in the site, nobody is providing a correct answer, just they will connect to some department and ask me to wait, some one will pick the phone and again the same process asks me to wait until the phone gets disconnected .
Request you to inquire about his matter as students of this University should not lose trust
