My mom and dad booked two flats, flat no. 111 & 112 building name building 1, a – wing, sector b, booking number – nbk-025571 & nbk-025572 project known as karrm panchatatva phase – 3 at kasgaon post – dhasai, shahpur kinhavali road, taluka shahapur dist. Thane – 421 601.

We had already cancelled the booking on[protected] due to financial condition, but till now we haven’t received the refund upon that we had took the loan with the help of karrm infrastructure pvt. Ltd. From aditya birla housing finance with the loan number lnmum0hl-02180002533 & lnmum0hl-02180002918.

Loan are still pending to close from your side, we are daily getting threatening calls from the aditya birla for the re-payment of loans, so i request you to please repay their amount asap, they are always calling my mom as the loan on her name and she get scared, i told them several times to call me instead but they says the loan and home is your mom’s name so we’ll her only.

I am in already in touch with their staffs since 6 months but they always gave assurance which is failed.
