I had ordered a mobile phone on kartish.com on 24th october 2016 . They delivered me a power bank through india post with tracking number EZ112327161IN instead of mobile phone. I tried to communicate with them but their phone is always busy and for last 2 days their phone is switch off . I paid 4999 for my order . My name is Abhijeet Phoolmali and my Order Id with kartish.com is 7101177.My contact number is 7506711442.
Order No.7101163: I have ordered LeEco Le 1s Eco (Gold, 32 GB) on kartish.com, the payment via cash on deliver received the product via Indian Post on 01.11.2016 but I received wrong product (power bank) Rs.4999/- payment has been made to post office and I contacted to karish management, they said the product will be replace in 5-6 days and place return request by their website, I did not get the product or even money, now they are not responding and their mobile number switched off.
Order id:7100911 :I have ordered one LeEco Le 1s Eco (Gold, 32 GB) in (www.kartish.com) this site payment via cash on deliver dated:03.11.16 They dispatched the wrong product (power bank) and Rs. 4999/- payment has been made while receiving product. And I contact them asked about this issue and i did my return request still i didnt get product or even money and whenever i contact them they told me that delivered product will be replaced with actual one till dated:14.11.2016. Till date I am not got any response or product replacement or money back. Now they are not responding and their mobile number switched off.
