Order id: 7100228 :I have ordered one mobile in (www.kartish.com) this site payment via cash on deliver dated: 22.10.16. They dispatched the wrong product (power bank) and Rs. 4999/- payment has been made while receiving product. And I contact them asked about this issue and i did my return request (return id 168) still i didnt get product or even money and whenever i contact them they told me that delivered product will be replaced with actual one till dated: 07.11.2016. Till date I am not got any response or product replacement or money back. Now they are not responding and their mobile number switched off.
