Sir,
I have a complaint against a online shopping company KARTSHOPO .I placed order no -R653062508 dated 18/12/2016 for Samsung 20000 mAh power bank for Rs 598 ,they send me the power bank of Philips 25000 mAh but duplicate which costs Rs 300 it is requested my money may be given back or my original samsung 20000 mAh power bank may be send to me.
Hoe my complaint may be accepted and I may get justice as soon as possible.
