I ordered 4 pair of combos from kasmira.in on 19 January 2021 .Payment done through online mode (rs2100). Order confirmation email received. Then after a week received a mail saying – “due to technical issues our website kasmira.in is down and we’ve lost customer data and orders. So we request to provide your other details and razorback transaction details so we can make refund for your purchase. But no refunds yet made by the company. I want my money back. Please help
