KASMIRA – WRONG SHIPMENT RECEIVED

I have received the wrong products. I had ordered for panties and the courier received was bras. I mailed them to inform the same. No number is available on the websote. Only Email Id – [email protected]. No replies from them. When I checked shipment number on Xpressbees portal, it says wrong order.

My Order number is #2920. And I PAID RS. 1676.64.

On the website it says they reply within 48 hours but not a single reply from 4/12/20.
