I ordered 2 cutting boards from an online store named Katuri Studio which I found on google. I entered all the details as asked by them and also done the payment (UPI reference id is 120837350378). But I didn’t receive any order confirmation email or message till now. I believe it’s a fraud and I need my refund. Their email Id is [email protected] and it is non responsive. There contact number given on website when dialled shows does not exist. Please help me.
