On 7th April, i came across through an advertisement on instagram from kasturifab.myshopify.com which listed mangoes at cheaper rates that caught my attention. I quickly explored on options and ordered 10kgs of Alphonso mango. The payment link opened on razorpay payment gateway where i paid Rs. 558.82/- through my amazon upi id. I logged on the site next day but it was not reachable. I also sent mail for order tracking id info but all in vain. I want to lodge complain against Kasturi fab, instagram and also on razorpay for assisting this.
The persons behind this must be punished for frauding customers and mental harrasment.
Kindly look into the matter and raise awareness against these cyber criminals.
