Product not delivered and no refund
Dear sir, I have placed on order on 5th November with KAUNSA.COM for acer laptop (Acer Aspire E1 571 NX M09SI 023Core i3 3rd Gen 4GB 500GB Intel HD Graphics Win 8 Notebook Laptop) for Rs.23294/- and my order no is KA/185490/8JNCO3K5. They gave a delivery date of 20th November. They did not deliver the order till 22nd November. When i called them on 23rd november they told me that they do not have stock of the product and they will refund the amount within 7 to 10 working days. 10 Working days have passed,Till now i have not received any refund of my money.
