I had placed an order for five items with kendiee about four months ago . My order no is 24151 . The order was delivered to my mom who did not know it’s the wrong order and I made upi payment immediately. Since I wasn’t home I didn’t know it was the wrong order delivered to me . When I opened the package I saw some shitty low quality 2 items . I couldn’t find any contact number online so I messaged them on insta to which they promptly responded and provided me a number which assured me the delivery of the right order and pick up of the wrong order . The wrong order had two items but my order had five . I was asked to fill in the page on the app asking for return and mention the reason as wrong item received . I did the needful as told by the manager who sits in Dubai and one lady who is at the warehouse in Delhi . The return pick up was initiated but the pick up guy refused to collect my order from my house saying that my order is of five items but I’m returning only two . I explained to him that only two items were sent to me to which he said talk to the company , I called again n again they started blaming me for cancelling the return . I have messages from the manager in Dubai accusing me of cancelling the pick up which is so shameful . I would like to take action against this company .
