i purchased two lottery tickets and paid Rs.500 for two lottery tickets of vishu bumper . i was promised that the tickets will be sent through postal address but when asked to share for the acknowledgement copy . there is no proper response and my phone was disconnected. thereafter two of the numbers provided on the site was not working.
